  jam (reduced/no added sugar)
  
  ds favourite is actually soya cheese spread with marmite.

  I havent had my babies yet, but from seeing other family members with small children, it seems best to give them a sandwich where they cant pick the filling out as I know my cousin if she had ham would just pick the ham out and not eat the bread.
