Childcare element- tax credits!

Hi girls,
Just looked at a nursery 4 isabella and really like it, im going to put her in and the manager said they would be willing to wait for payment until tax credits get a move on with my claim. Does any1 know how long tax credits usually take to asses a new chilcare element claim?
