Hope you are all doing well with your weight loss this week

I have lost 6lb this week

so the total for the last 6 weeks is 40.5lb

    Im doing slimming world, and i also have a few work out DVD's which really help

    I know i cant believe it, and i was complaining today as it was a little less than last week as its that time of the month and i have really bad water retention lol x
