Refusing food

Hi Ladies

My little girl is 6months and a week last thursday came down with a really nasty tummy upset. She couldn't keep anything down and refused all food and took very little milk. By the sunday she was so dehydrated she had to go to hospital. She is now better but is still refusing any solid food and only taking about 15oz during the day. Because she is taking so little during the day she is waking during the night for a feed. She was doing so well on her solid food and now I feel like we're back to square one. Any suggestions on how I can get her to eat more.

Thanks

  • have you tried her with finger foods yet? that might get her a bit more interested in food, you could dip rusks in fruit purees and things or give her toast with cheese spread on? x
