he has suffered terribly with teething and has cut his first top tooth with the other one about too - but the poos def got better - todays was eughhhhhhhhhh however - so whilst i normally put everything down to teething i wondered whether this could be something else x
Excess saliva being swallowed (because of teething) can make wee and poo really acidic, which id probably where the vinegary smell is coming from. If he's well in himself I wouldn't worry!
