ive read a lot about Gina Ford on here but dont know what she advocates as a good routine and how to get LO into it??? what exactly is her idea of a good routine...is she strict?
She's very strict! Baby feeds at x time for x long, sleeps at x time for x long, no eye contact with baby after 7pm bedtime...
She works wonders for some people, but I couldn't cope with following her to the letter. I used a combination of some of her ideas and some of The Baby Whisperer's.
There are usually copies of Gina Ford at most libraries if you have time to go have a look.
