Just wondering if you could help me please?
A few days ago or maybe a week ago i remember posting about formula milk and that between the powder and the cartons one was easier to digest but i can't remember what was said can you (sorry baby brain!!!)

I asked because my LO is bfed but for my own sanity i am introducing a bottle of formula on a night before bed to try and stop her getting up every 1 - 2 hrs!
I also wonder if she has a sensitive tummy as recently her sleeping is worse if she has dairy during the day
