Chicco Winter London Stroller Astral Help

We have just bought this for my mum for her car but can't work out how to attached the hood to the back of the pram, aat the moment we have gaps either side, tried looking at a video of it but it only tell you how to fold it up not open it and the instructions are rubbish, can anyone help?
