Cough

My little girl (5 months) and I both have nasty chesty cough and general lergie! Its okay for me, but I feel bad for her, esp at night when she coughs loads.
We've been to drs and shes confident we don't have peppa pig flu but didnt give us anything, just to give her calpol when needed to lower temp. To go back if it lasts another week or so.
Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I can't prop cot up as she does nightime gymnastics and would no doubt end up downhill. Even if you tuck her in.
