lactose intolerance

Just wondering if anyone has LO with this, been to see HV today as i was worried Jessica is not taking enough milk (4 x 4/5 oz bottles and 1 3oz, so total of 23oz a day she is 12 weeks and weighs 12lb 7oz) and he was asking me about her stools etc. I have recently changed her milk as she was having very runny poos she is also very windy, farts alot and suffers with a bad belly. HV said it may be lactose intolerance, he said to give her another week on new milk and to go back next week and i will see him and doctor to decide. Any advice would be appreciated XXX
