Milk thistle
Anyone else taking this to increase the amount of your breast milk?
I just picked some up yesterday but Im not sure how much I need to take. The capsules I have are 175mg each and it says normal dose is 3 per day. However, it says the same for Fenugreek which Im already taking and to use it for increasing breast milk you need to take more than that (Im taking 3 capsules, 3 times a day).
Does anyone know?
By the way, Holland & Barratt have a half price special on the Milk Thistle at the moment. It's normally ??20 per bottle (200 x175mg capsules) and is now ??10. Didnt realise they were so expensive!!
