Bottle question re using expressed milk
Hi ladies, hope you can help me,
I have a supply of frozen expressed breast milk and next week I am leaving my LO (4 weeks) with my mum for a couple of hours so will need it. If I sterilise the bottles before I leave home and keep the teat and lid firmly on, will the bottle stay sterilised for a reasonable amount of time or should I ask mum to sterilise the bottle before pouring the milk in?
