how much to express off for hubby tomorrow?
hi girls im out for a few hours tomorrow..nothing exciting,just getting my hair done!
how much should i express for him?ill try and feed Neve before i go but im worried shes going to be having one of her frantic feeding days...so she can feed every hour when that happens! ihave no idea how much shes taking at each feed,but shes gaing weight well.

It's a bit of a guessing game really but I always leave looooads (all 2 or 3 times I've been out!!

As NN said, leave more than you expect her to take, you can always freeze it or use it later in the day
