i am now complety going to exclusively bottle feed lacey i was only getting one expressed feed out of my crappy boobs this moring they are killing me! what do i do do iexpress or just leave them? thank you x

    Hey Huni
    When I stopped expressing I jst stopped completely so the milk wud stop producing, they only leaked whilst I was holding or feeding Phoebe & it took bout 3wks to dry up. They do spot occasionly if she is upset or I am.
    Hope this helps.
    P.s I took co-codamol to ease the pain and wearing a really tight bra helped me too

    I hand expressed just a little to make them feel more comfortable, but you have to be careful otherwise your body just keeps producing. I also started taking the combined pill again as this dries the milk up. I did have a couple of days of feeling like Jordan but they soon went down!!
