Nipple cream for breast feeding
Can anyone suggest a good nipple cream. Mind are very painful but lanolin doesn't seem to touch them. Tried ribbing breast milk on them too, and that's not helped either.?

Lansinoh worked best for me. Would it be worth getting checked for thrush? Felt like needles through mine. Hope it gets better quickly x
Or try nipple shields for every other feed to give you a break?
Lansinoh here too. Have you tried using different positions to give different parts of your nipples a rest? That has worked with me (so far) x
Good suggestions so far, I spent a lot of the time topless letting the air get to them too! Hope they heal soon. Oh and I'm not on here much these days so missed ur BA - huge congratulations, so pleased for you
