Sma v aptimal lactose free

Hi, I started my 11 week old on sma lactose free milk 2 weeks ago and it has helped with explosive nappies these have stopped. Her wind has gotten so much worst though. She was always windy but since we started the sma lactose free the wind is worst. I was going to try aptimal lactose free? She was on normal aptimal and she wasnt as windy. Has anyone at experience on this?
