Trying to stop bf

Hi I'm trying to stop bf my 11 month old as she got teeth now and I'm finding it really painful I have her crying for 30 min ever night and I'm worried that I'm doing it all wrong she will not take a bottle she will not go to sleep in her own cot has to be on me I'm really struggling as Im Back to work now and finding it hard I cry most nights thinking I'm I doing g this all wrong I would like to stop bf first them try getting her in her own cot any tip or advice would be lovely x
