Yes. Your milk comes in at around 3-4 days after the birth making you swollen & tender. It will then take your body a few days more to realise that the milk isn't being used & stop the production

Did you know occasionally even men lactate? You're still a jumble of pregnancy and birth hormones. That's going to be a while before it returns to any kind of normality. Silly body, doing what it though, but you're the boss of it. Sometimes medication can be prescribed if it's particularly problematic, as in traumatic situations like still birth.
