Bottle Feeding issues

hi dear moms here! 

I am a mom of a 4 month baby boy! 

He is only on formula feed. during first 2 months he was all ok with feeding . 

But since last two months he is giving some real tough times while feeding. He has refused plainly to take bottle or milk I have tried unlimited methods and options but all in vain. I am completely stressed. He used to take milk while he sleeps but now not any more he wakes up suddenly and will become restless the moment he find feeder bottle in his mouth. 

He only loves pacifier all the time and even when he is super hungry he will not take. 

I have also started weaning but that's ofcou not sufficient to make his dietary and nutritional requirements . I have tried different bottles, different environments etc

Please help
