breastfeeding and bleeding after sex

Hi there ladies i'm wondering if any other mums have experienced anything similar..

Well since giving birth to my son a year ago every time me and my partner have sex I bleed. I have had multiple swabs for injections, smear tests and everything is normal. My nurse has put it down to hormonal imbalance as I am breastfeeding and yet to have a proper period. However last month I experienced some bloody discharge that lasted a day and then went away (this was not after sex) 

It's has really started to take its toll on my relationship as I not hate having sex as I feel embarrassed and also feel anxiety afterwards when there is blood. My nurse also did a cervical examination as she thought it could be an ectropion cervix but said my cervix is perfectly healthy. 

So has anyone experienced anything like this?
