Lump in nipple.....help

i am breastfeeding my 5 month old son. Yesterday I noticed a small round ball like lump that appears to be white right at the end of my nipple on the inside, it doesn’t hurt unless squeezed, doesn’t hurt while feeding. Is this normal? What on earth is it?

May be a build up of milk in the opening or hair follicle (they do occur in the strangest places). But I would have a professional check because it's never worth taking unnecessary risks or causing worrysome times when you should be enjoying the time with your little miracle.
