Premaking bottles at night time with colief - is this ok?

Hi ladies I'm wondering if you could help me. My little girl Maggie currently suffers really bad with colic and the only thing that makes it dissapear is Dr brown bottles and colief. She's currently 5 weeks old and I've been been using it for 3 1/2 weeks. You have to add 4 drops to the bottle and leave 30 mins for it to break down the lactose in the milk. At the night time this is now becoming near impossible as she could wake earlier than expected and the poor thing has to wait 30 mins screaming until it's ready. Does anyone pre make they're bottles and store in the fridge (I know your not supposed to) I'm only talking 2 bottles at the most as the daytime isn't too bad it would loterally be for her early night feed and last night feed. Thanks very much x
