Milk leakage 9 weeks postpartum, formula fed from birth?

I had my first baby on 13th Aug 2018, I'm just over 9 weeks postpartum, I began formula feeding from her birth , my milk supply seamt to stop by a few weeks , although today I have noticed very slight milk leakage in one breast
