Cow& gate Comfort milk

my little 1 is 8 weeks old an has been suffering terrible with colic after trying infacol, dentino, grips water we went to the gp who said to change milk to comfort milk which he’s been on for 5 days, today he seems to be unsettled an crying after every bottle not sure if uts that milk or he’s coming down with something? Did any1 elses little 1 take time to get used to the milk?
