Perfect prep machine - anyone had any problems?

hi all, just wondering if anyone had had any problems with the perfect prep? 
My friend gave us hers and to start with it use to give too much water then the last couple of weeks it’s been giving 1oz less, I cleaned it all through ect still no different. 
Iv been an bought a new machine 2 days ago the first day fine then yesterday only giving 5 1/2 oz instead of 6oz 🤷🏻‍♀️
(This is with out any milk Iv just ran the water through)

    @Loz27 I’ve got a perfect prep and I’ve had no problems with it. This sounds strange. There’s no way you’re pressing the amount button accidentally is there? If you’re unsure, I’d just take it back and get another.xxx

    I had one of these with with second and it was a god send! It did however on a few occasions just do the full bottle with boiling water obviously I always checked it before giving but I drained all the water out whenever it did this and changes the filter even if the filter warning didn't come on and it seemed to sort it. It only happened twice though.
