bullying at work!

I can't beleive it! i think i am being bullied at work!!
this woman is our team leader and seems to have adopted the style of management that means that harrasing and demeaning people gets the work done.
however i do not react well to this kind of treatment and would prefer her to tell me i am doing a crap job and offer support rather than slating my work in front of half the team (and i know it's not that bad!) she even brought up my use of capital letters in a report i had done (not final version or anything anyone else is going to see really).
my manager was there so I am hoping that she will have noticed, i know that others have as they mentioned it to me. She has done this before too, to one of my work mates. think i will have a chat with her as to what to do about it!
i don't work well under too much pressure, if she thinks that it is going to work she has another thing coming! lol :roll:
