Childminders
I am 3 months pregnant but know that i will have to go back to work after my 6 months maternity leave. I would really like to send my baby to a childminder rather than a nursery. I know childminders can only have 1 baby under 1 and was wondering when people who use them started looking for them? Also those that do use them what do you find good/bad about them?
