Husband going back to work

Hello all! I'm new here but am desperate for some support and reassurance that I'm not the only one feeling like I'm totally out of control and in the dark now my husband has gone back to work. This is my first week home alone with our gorgeous three week old, and it feels like all I am doing doesn't work, and all he does is cry.. Can anyone shed any light on this, am I doing something wrong??
