Going back to work

Hello,

I am a young mum who burnt out from my high profile career after going back to work post parental leave and am currently pursuing an MBA at Central Saint Martins in London.

Because of my personal journey, I am interested in hearing other mothers and mothers-to-be experiences and perspectives on going back to work for a university project that I am a part of tackling talent retention pre and post-parental leave.
