Can a 1-year-old get hay fever?

Can children at the age of 1 get hay fever? My little boy has really puffy eyes x

    Yes, its an allergy like any other and you can delelop the intolerance at any time.

    Ask gp or pharmacist for relevant medication but am guessing an infant piriton will be recommended but I'm not sure on age/ dosage info so plz ask x hope this helps little man x
