Is this chickenpox?
Hi my 3 year old as been poorly since friday shes was sent home from nursery with a tempature cough cold and not eating i noticed some small red spots on her as i was getting her ready for bed and was wondering if theses looked like chickenpox -i will post a pic

Looks like the start of chickenpox to me - have you woken up today and she has loads more spots? Also, it's normally a 2week incubation period from contact with someone else with the pox, so timing wise it would make perfect sense. Sorry for your little girl though!
Oh and don't forget, if it is Chickenpox you mustn't give baby ibuprofen - paracetemol only!
