Link between first trimester ultrasounds and autism

Hi all, I had IVF and I am trying to decided if I should go ahead with a 7 week scan. I would love to hear from people that had a few ultrasounds in their first trimester who has a child without any issues?

(The reason I'm posting in this forum is because I know autism doesn't really show until they're a bit older).
