New classes for children

Welcome! My name is Tina and I will start running Mindfulness classes for children age 6-9 in January. the classes will be a great fun for 1 hour every week. they will include Yoga, Mindfulness exercises and introduction to meditation.
As I am still organizing everything I would love to hear from all you lovely mums what is the best time for you to leave your child, or stay with him/her for one hour? I know how busy the weekends can be and that`s why i really need your opinion on that.
