Abnormal CT with small fuzzy spot on daughters scan

 Hello moms I have a question today I took my daughter who is five to the children’s hospital due to vomiting that’s been happening a lot lately they said her blood work was fine but she also had a CT and they said we see a small fuzzy spot we think she should see a neurologist I freaked out and automatically asked do they think it’s cancer and he said oh God no just want to do it for precautionary measures have any of you other moms ever had this before did the MRI come out OK once you see neurology? Please any insight helps.
