16 month old rash on wrist

hey,

so my daughter suddenly has a rash on her wrist which looks like a stinging nettle sting as it’s red with white bumps but she hasn’t been near any stinging nettles!!!

any ideas what it could be? It isn’t raised and doesn’t appear to be itchy
