My son jammed his finger

Hi got a phònecall from my son's school today that he had jammed his finger in a door and needed to b taken to a&e they numbed the finger and stitched it since returning home and the numbness wearing off he's not coping with the pain av gave him paracetamol and it's not helping at all any suggestions?

  • Oh that's so awful - your poor boy. I would out some frozen peas on it and also give ibuprofen too as it's anti-inflamatry so that might actually be better than paracetamol. Also bring his duvet down and pop him on the sofa, bless him x
