Diagnosed with PCOS

Hi ,I got married in Dec 2013 and now I am planning for pregnancy. I am 25 yrs old. I am over weight but lost 8 kgs. My periods were regular for 2months and then it was irregular. Went to DOC when I was planning for pregnancy. She did a scanning and told that I was having PCOS and  a cyst is formed on right ovary. She kept me on birth control pills for a month and cyst was disappeared. I am having thyroid also and now it is under control. Do I have any chance of getting preg
