Pcos
Hi,
i have just been diagoosed with PCOS. I am looking into taking clomid, my consultant is taking a long time gathering results before he prescribes me. Is there anything else I could take or try meantime?
Any my help would be appreciated x

I have read that Agnus Castus a herbal remedy can help regulate cycles. I suspect I may have pcos and have been taking it for a while and I definitely had a positive ovulation test last month. I don't know for sure if it actually works but they say you should take it for a few months before it works. I thought it worth a try. Good luck
Vitex chasteberry is very good to take I also have pcos and I also have two kids
