Unsure what to think.

I found out I was pregnant on 12th March and Miscarried at 5 weeks, on this weekend just gone I found out I had conceived straight after I had miscarried and had missed my period and had 2 positive pregnancy tests. We were over the moon but very anxious as I had only just miscarried I have got to 5 weeks today and got up this morning and have bled but only a little bit I am going to get another clear blue and see what that says.

has anyone ever had this?
