trying to conceive after IUD removal

Hi my name is Gabby I had an IUD for a little over a year I decided to remove it Jan/2015 to start trying to conceive. Right after it came out I had horrible bleeding for over a week then nothing at all I have taken to sets of 10 day progesterone pills and the 1st time I took them I got my period for like 3/4 days then again nothing until I went to the gyn again and she gave me more progesterone pills now I'm waiting for my period to come hopefully this works and I get back on track .... Has anyone had any similar issues after IUD removal (Mirena) I really want a baby but with no period seems impossible !!! I had bloodwork and ultrasound everything looks fine . This is so confusing ????
