Pregnant or not ??

Hi im emmy i checked in the morning when i got up it gives me + this sign i was panic i checked it again with same brand but digital one both were digital but one with + ,- this sign n other one pregnant and not pregnant n in after noon i checked it came not pregnant please help n it was clear blue n one more thing im 6 day late on periods but i usually get my periods late please help thanks
