Negative Fertility Test

My fiancee and I are currently trying to conceive. I have two children already, he has none. We did an at home fertility test (Spermcheck) and it came back negative.  In the instructions it states this doesn't mean said male is infertile just that the sperm count is lower than a certain number. Has anybody had this happen to their significant other yet still conceive?!
