I want a baby

when I was younger I had chlamydia when I got raped but I didn't think anything of it until about a year ago when me and my partner decided to go get tested together and we both had chlamydia and I already have polycistic ovaries, recently me and my parter have decided we want a child and we have been trying for a while now and nothing's positive we are still trying but I'm beginiing to think I can't conceive what can I do or try?
