soo confused

Hey guys .. never done anything like this but I need to vent plus I'm confused so me and my best friend fell pregnant together 3 years ago we both have LG aged 3 we both found out we where pregnant again January sadly I mc end of Febuary .. I'm still yet to have a period I've had brown discharge and belly cramps but no period or sore boobs and a negative pregnacy test .. hope someone replies I feel so alone right now xx
