Cramps way before period

hey everyone, a little bit ago I was diagnosed with PCO I had my first appointment the other day and they were positive as my cycles are pretty regular, but started the process anyway... My last period was just over two weeks ago so she said I should o update next week and come on around 25 although this week for the past few days I've had cramps in both side like mild period pains but I'm not where near due ovulation or period yet.. I'm just wondering if anyone's experienced this, what could it be, implantation pains, ovulation pains or actually period pains? Advice needed please x
