PCOS

Okay so yesterday through an ultrasound i got to know that my right ovary is enlarged and polycystic. I am 22 years old and not married. I have bad PMS like severe abdomen pain in first two days of my periods and i usually have periods at least 5 days before my actual date. No acne, no extra hair growth but i had a long hair on my eyebrow and back few days ago. 

I am just little worried as its something not normal so I want to know more about it.
