Help

i took a test a couple weeks after having unprotected sex and I got a negative. then I got my period but it was only like a day and half or two days. I thought it was weird because I'm usually on it for a whole 5 days. So I took another test in the afternoon, a week after and I got a negative. I took a test that next morning and it was negative. So I assumed i wasn't pregnant. I put them away and now i just got the next month period but a week early and it's very very light and an orangey red color. I was looking through my stuff and I saw the tests and the last one I did in the morning has a faint line. Or idk if I'm just seeing things. What should I do?
