Looking for advice

Hello im 20 years old and have been with my partner for almost 3 years. I've not been on any form on contraception for around a year and a half now and no sign of getting pregnant, I went to my doctor last year where they told me I had PCOS (cysts on my ovarie) and may find it hard to get pregnan, at the time I wasn't really looking to get pregnant but me and my partner have decided now that's what we want after a few months, we always said that we wouldn't let anything stop it if it did happen but it's so frustrating and upsetting knowing that it couldn't, is anyone else in the same situation or have any advice they can give me?
