cann someone help

Iv beenn taking microgram but sometimes I do miss it and take it the next day, not sure if I have missed this months but laterly I have been stressed, angry and depressed about almost everythink. Iv put weight on and the other day I had to come home.from work within a hour of being there as I felt hot and sick, happened so fast concidering I was ok that morning. The same day I spotted and nothing happened, yesterday I had a bit.more than spotting than the first, but very light also. Today I have what looks like a normal period but I clotted which was dark red/light red and purple gewy jelly. Can someone tell me if it was a.misscarrage, im pregnant or my period was just starting differently.
