Do you think that being on the pill may help decrease the possibility of becoming pregnant?

Hello all,

This is just a question I have had in my mind for quite long and I wanted to ask around for your experiences/knowledge.

Many and many of my friends have had loads of trouble to get pregnant and being on the pill for years and years is something they all have in common. So this is what made me think - Could maybe the pill be the reason for which their body is now finding it difficult to "accept" being pregnant?

My question comes more than anything because, I am currently pregnant and I must say that it did happened quite fast, but I never took the pill as a contraception, so for that reason I was wondering if this actually has some sort of relation...
